The service must not be used to break applicable law, access another organization without authorization, interfere with platform security or upload malicious content.
Business records
Customers remain responsible for the accuracy, legality and required retention of the business records they enter. FIRMAFLOW provides management tools and does not replace professional legal, tax or accounting advice.
Plans and payments
Feature access, limits, trial periods, billing cycles and prices are governed by the plan configuration shown at the time of selection. Subscription payments are processed through the configured payment provider.
Availability and changes
The service may be maintained, improved or changed over time. FIRMAFLOW aims to preserve business workflows and communicate material changes where appropriate.
Support and termination
