Company workspace data
Business records belong to the applicable company workspace. Access is controlled through authentication and company permissions. Users should only enter information they are authorized to process.
Service providers
FIRMAFLOW may use hosting, email, authentication and payment providers where necessary to operate the service. Payment-card details are handled by the configured payment provider rather than stored in the public marketing application.
Security and retention
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect service information. Records are retained as needed to provide the account, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes.
